SUBSTANCE: invention relates to business-to-business communication systems for conducting business transactions. The system has a single system server and user workstations equipped with personal computers which can be connected to the single system server over the Internet. The single system server includes the following interconnected units: a central control unit whose output is connected to a rating unit; a unit for generating a request for a business transaction, having a filter; a unit for storing information on users and companies. The system additionally includes the following units: a unit for generating a response to a request, whose input is connected to a user individual information unit, and the output is connected to the central control unit; a user (buyer or supplier) individual information unit whose input is connected to the central control unit, and the output is connected to a negotiation unit and the unit for generating a response to the request; a negotiation unit whose input is connected to the user individual information unit and has two-way communication with the central control unit; a unit for requesting the track record of a potential buyer or supplier, whose output is connected to the rating unit and the central control unit.
EFFECT: high reliability and safety of conducting business transactions.
