FIELD: physics; computer technology.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to an electronic method of signing an insurance policy. The method involves selection and acquisition of an insurance policy identification card by the buyer and removal of the protective layer for obtaining an access code - password and a fixed card number, corresponding, for blocking data, a fixed number of the electronic insurance contract form, pre-made in the electronic data base on the server of the service provider. The buyer sends the given access code to the server for generating a complete version of the contract using information in remote access terminals. A message reception port opens at the server, receiving the messages on several protocols and a program code for their analysis is generated, that way initiating processing of received data using a given algorithm, which activates a defined contract of the supplier by correlation of mutually fixed contract numbers and secret access code. Message for requirement of filling an electronic contract form is sent to a personal computer of an authorised supplier due to activation of a preset procedure on the server, for accessing at least one data base, containing the deciphered message. The algorithm for distributing new messages coming in for processing is realised through a timer for accessing the data base of an authorised operator, which is linked with the buyer for filling in personal and other data in the electronic contract form, calling for identification when handling the buyer, an access code and an individual fixed number for security from unauthorised access to the buyer by third parties. After filling the electronic contract form, the authorised operator records that event, forming an account in an integrated information system, which is sent by SMS, to the number of the buyer or the buyer can be notified on the telephone, so as to check correctness of data.
