SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Lowest delay spare associate with the most urgent service data unit of radio communication line control stored in access terminal buffer. Besides, additionally configured is section of the header of control over access to data transfer medium (DTM) (for example, two reserved bits) for transfer of code associated with delay threshold corresponding to the lowest spare of delay. Besides, DTM header is transmitted to base station. Base station detects the code transferred by DTM header section to define delay threshold as function of detected code (for example, using picture peculiar for unidirectional channel). In compliance with said example, access terminal is planned for assigning delay threshold function to upperlink.
