SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of mustard production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the flour mixing with mustard powder, vegetable oil, tomato paste, acetic acid, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and cloves.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls and enhance resistance to stratification in the process of storage.
