SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mustard production technology field. The described method envisages preparation of recipe components and mixing mustard powder, vegetable oil, acetic acid, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and cloves, the recipe components are mixed while being heated; while mixing, one additionally introduces sunflower flour that has been poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling.
EFFECT: method allows to enhance the target product resistance to stratification in the process of storage.
