FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry and is intended for determination of prosthetic plane location in patients with damaged integrity of dentitions. Computed tomography of head is carried out in sagittal projection. Projection of Camper's plane is determined on patient's face by transition of Po point (upper edge of the ear canal) and Sna (anterior nasal spine), obtained on computed tomography in sagittal projection on patient's face. Position of maxillary wax basis is determined by pupillary line in frontal projection. Basis is aligned by pupillary line, obtained on computed tomography of patient's head in frontal projection.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of prosthetic plane determination due to determination of individual for patient Camper's horizontal and turn of applying sagittal (side) and frontal projections for determination of prosthetic plane location.
