FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of fluid mixed by centrifugal forces, particularly, to oil cleaning centrifuges. Centrifuge consists of casing with oil feed and discharge channels, hollow axle with opening to transfer oil inside rotor and support hydraulically-driven rotor provided with nozzles. Note here that hydraulic drive is composed of two symmetric nozzles arranged regularly along the circle and directed opposite rotor rotational direction to communicate with rotor inside via two feed channels inclined at 0.0-30° to feed channel axis. Note also that rotor inside incorporates mechanism to direct oil flow engaged with rotor. Said mechanism is composed of, at least, two radial plates arranged on rotor base.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of oil cleaning.
