FIELD: machine building; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for separation of liquid heterogeneous systems by means of centrifugal forces. Centrifuge consists of a body and a rotor including a column and a drum. In the casing base the vortex chamber of the hydraulic turbine guide vanes with tangential channels is installed. In its central zone bottom column pin is arranged. Conic impeller of a radial-axial centrifugal turbine with radial channels is attached to the bottom of the column by a flange. Opposite to each channel in the column there are holes for fluid input into the rotor cavity. Discharge of cleaned liquid from rotor is performed through central channel of column and its lower tenon. Liquid leaks through the turbine seal are collected in the centrifugal cavity under the rotor and discharged through the drain channel.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of cleaning due to reduced hydraulic resistance of centrifuge, moment of resistance to rotor rotation, higher efficiency of hydraulic drive.
