FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building. Proposed damper comprises rotary blades with flanges, spherical joint of blade flange, and extra damping elements. Blades are fitted in propeller screw hub bores to interact with damping elements composed of compression springs. Blade flange joint is arranged inside central recess of hub bore. Blade flange and hub bore walls are spherical with center of curvature located at the center of aforesaid joint. Joint abuts blade flange via compression springs. Fasteners secure blade flanges and are arranged radially on blade opposite sides. Fasteners are screwed in hub hole so that their heads are inclined to flange axis. Said hole has diameter widening at its top. Every compression spring is fitted on fastener on opposite recesses on opposite surface of flange and hub. One side of compression spring thrusts against blade flange bore bottom while another one thrusts against hub bore fastener. Extra damping elements are fitted on fastener top extensions. Detachable mounting ring is arranged around blade flange. Hub inner cavities are properly sealed.
