FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater shipbuilding, in particular, to the creation and installation of electric propulsion unit for submarines or submersible vehicles with electrical propulsion systems. Propulsion electric installation of a submarine having propeller motor and propeller with large hub diameter coinciding in diameter and contour with forming line of submarine’s lightweight hull at propeller screw installation site. Propeller blades are mounted on the hub outer surface of the propeller. Propeller hub is made of non-magnetic material, and propeller motor is located between outer part of submarine strong casing and inner part of propeller hub. Rowing electric motor is made reversed and without bed plate. Magnetic circuit of propeller motor stator is fixed on submarine strong casing, the teeth of stator magnetic circuit are placed outside, propeller motor stator winding is laid in grooves of the stator magnetic circuit and filled with compound, which together with teeth of the stator magnetic circuit forms flat cylindrical surface. Stator winding ends are inserted through a hermetic inlet into submarine strong casing, the active part of the rotor of propeller motor is fixed on the inner surface of the propeller hub, all voids of the active part of the rotor of the rowing motor are filled with compound, form smooth inner cylindrical surface and ensure constant gap between the stator and the rotor of the rowing motor.
EFFECT: improvement in performance, reduction in weight and dimensions, and decrease in the level of vibration transmitted from the propeller motor to the submarine casing.
