FIELD: transportation; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle anti-roll bars. Torsion assembly in the vehicle body anti-roll bar comprises a torsion shaft mounted on the vehicle frame transversely to its longitudinal axis of symmetry by means of two spaced apart bearing supports, left and right levers for hinged connection with stabilizer rods and non-metallic elastic elements. Bearings are made in the form of radial spherical friction bearings in housings, with pairs of internal and external inserts, as well as a lubrication device. Hubs of the levers embrace the torsion shaft in front of the said bearing supports without turning. Non-metallic elastic elements are installed on cylindrical sections of the shaft between ends of bearing supports and ends of hubs of levers. Non-metallic resilient elements are made in the form of spacer sleeves from vibration-insulating elastic material, each installed with axial compression between ends of internal bore in the housing of bearing support and external insert of bearing on one side, and end of lever hub.
EFFECT: improvement of technical and operational characteristics of torsion assembly and anti-roll bar as a whole.
