Besides, the first diameter D1 of the hole (28) in the first direction is more than the second diameter D2 of the hole (28) in the second direction, at the same time for locking of the locking system the locking cylinder (2) is entered into the hole (28). Besides, the locking tab (4) is locked to the locking plate (24).
