FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: light scaling multi-sectional ladder from a composite material includes metal units of sections connection to each other, metal cantilever grips fixed on the upper section, support plugs fixed on the lower section, each section is equipped with two tubular carriages made by the winding method, connected by tubular crosspieces-steps moulded to them, each unit of connection is arranged from upper and lower tips fixed accordingly from the upper and lower ends in the carriage cavity, at the same time, for instance, the lower tip is equipped with a captive nut, accordingly, on the upper one there is an external thread, the captive nut is installed as movable and non-detachably as the tip made of a tubular part arranged in the cavity of the carriage is glued into the carriage, as well as an alignment-seating conical groove and an support circular ledge, the response tip is made from a similar tubular part, its alignment-seating cone is arranged as external, and its outer surface is equipped with an alignment-lead-in cylindrical belt in front of the response thread for a captive nut. Besides, in both tips at the outer end there is an axial threaded hole to the cavity of the tubular part for installation of a special bolt plug for drainage of a condensate from the carriage, and in the tip with the conical groove near its bottom there are two and more evenly arranged radial holes for displacement of water as cones approach. Besides, the tubular part of each tip is equipped with a shell from a composite material, for instance, on the basis of a glass tissue impregnated with a synthetic binder wound in one-three layers as the tip is glued into the carriage, and bent inside the tubular part. Besides, in the wall of the tubular part there are at least two grooves and at least two holes, at the same time layers of the impregnated material above the groove are pressed into the groove with circular turns of impregnated threads, for instance, glass ones, and above the hole - are mainly arranged along the chord.
EFFECT: reduced weight and higher reliability of ladder operation, increased manufacturability of ladder sections assembly.
