SUBSTANCE: in the method, as soon as a user joins a session, a session may be blocked in order to limit access of other users to a session, even if they have been invited to the session. Locking may be carried out manually by a session participant and/or automatically on the basis of any parameters. The vestibule function makes it possible for a session participant to receive information on users in the vestibule and waiting for access to a session with the help of a notice and/or identification of a user trying to get access to a session. Architecture facilitates functions of locking and vestibule between several identical equivalent servers, which together form a distributed system of conference calling. Functions of locking and vestibule may implement protocols of a communication session, such as a session initiation protocol (SIP) and a centralised conference management protocol (CCMP).

EFFECT: higher management of access to a session of conference calling, due to provision of the possibility for session participants to control entrance into a conference session.
