SUBSTANCE: method and device for adding a member to active call in group communication network include receiving a list of members from user and sending a request to server for adding a list of members to active group call. Additionally, each member in member list is notified about their respective addition to group call, confirmation is received from member, who wishes to participate in group call, and useful information is sent to that member.
EFFECT: ensured substantial reduction of actual total time of exit from inactive state and delay due to exchange of group call signaling even when mobile devices are inactive and no active traffic channels are available.
