SUBSTANCE: system comprises inner and outer subsystems, besides, the inner subsystem comprises a server with information placed on it on availability of services/discounts available to a user, two inner points of access to a server, a computing unit of an inner subsystem and a facility of data exchange between a server and an outer subsystem. The outer subsystem comprises at least two outer points of access to a server, at least one of which is a trade outlet or a group of trade outlets, and the other one represents at least one mobile device of a user. The method describes operation of an interactive system of services/discounts provision.
