SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a method and device for exchanging information between mobile terminals and at least two internal servers. An information exchange system containing at least two internal servers and at least two mobile terminals is proposed, in which at least two mobile terminals contain a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal; these at least two internal servers include at least a first internal server and a second internal server designed to exchange information. Moreover, the first internal server or the first mobile terminal is configured to determine whether the first bar code image received by the first mobile terminal is generated based on a given encoding rule, and/or the first internal server or the second mobile terminal is configured to determine whether the second bar code image is generated based on a given encoding rule.
