FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidation of the surface of aluminium metal in a reactor in a stream of dry oxygen at a speed of 10 ml/min at temperature of 650°C for 1 hour and holding the obtained aluminium with surface aluminium oxide at temperature of 700°C in an ampoule in a vacuum of 5×10-4 torr for 3 minutes.

EFFECT: obtaining a superconductor in an aluminium-aluminium oxide system with high critical temperature of superconductivity, while increasing reproducibility of the synthesis results.
