FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining multilayer high-temperature superconducting material involves deposition of an epitaxial oxide buffer layer onto a biaxially textured metal substrate or onto a metal substrate covered by an intermediate biaxially textured oxide layer, its thermal treatment, deposition onto the buffer layer of an epitaxial layer of superconducting material with subsequent thermal treatment. The epitaxial layers are deposited from a precursor in form of a system which contains sol of an oxide-hydroxide or insoluble salt of a selected element in an aqueous solution of a temperature dependent polymer, by heating at temperature which is 5-30°C higher than the phase-transition point of the system.
EFFECT: obtaining a uniform high-oriented coating with simplification of the method of obtaining the coating.
