SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to cosmetology. A method is implemented by face and body exposure to electric massage apparatuses of CHARM series. Sequential procedures are performed: microdermabrasion, lymphatic drainage and mechanical dermotony. The stage of microdermabrasion involves exposure of dry clean skin. The exposure is performed by an abrasion tip by fast circles in a horizontal plane with no press. Tip motion frequency is 70 Hz, amplitude is 10 relative units. Exposure time is 10-30 minutes. The lymphatic drainage is enabled with the use of an hard rubber tip. The exposure amplitude is 7-10 relative units with frequency 70 Hz. Exposure time is 10-30 minutes. Mechanical dermotony is performed by soft surface grip of a skin fold by a hard rubber finger tip. Pinching and vibration massage are combined. The exposure amplitude is 10 relative units with decreasing vibration frequency 60 to 10 Hz for 20-30 minutes.

EFFECT: method extends the methods of cosmetic medicine.
