FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and plastic surgery. Determining the person's face aging topographic type. At that, in the case, if visible changes in the skin and muscular framework around the eyes are detected, if the eyes "fall through" into the orbits, the immovable eyelid hangs as a fold over the movable one, the outer corner of the eye falls, then determining the periorbital type of aging. If numerous wrinkles around the mouth are detected, a pronounced nasolabial fold, thinned lips, drooping of the corners of the mouth, then determining the perioral type of aging. In the case when the signs of aging are most pronounced in the region of the cheeks, detecting the "bulldog" cheeks, loss of a clear contour of the face along the edge of the lower jaw, fall through of the cheeks – determining the lateral type of aging. When the age changes are expressed in the submandibular zone, a double chin is present, pathological increase in the cervical spine physiological bending, a decrease in the length of the neck, spasm of the trapezius muscles – determining the submandibular type of aging. Mixed type of aging is determined if there are signs of aging in several face topographic areas, and the selection of address methods of treating facial aging is carried out in accordance with the information given in Table 4.
EFFECT: method allows to perform the targeted treatment of the aging of a person's face, ensuring a positive result from the procedures being performed.
