SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for aesthetic correction of individual parts of a human body and reducing its weight. Method of aesthetic correction of body by manual exposure is carried out in four consecutive stages. First step involves stroking, wherein skin exposure is performed with intensity of up to 30 motions per minute. Second stage is rubbing, wherein the subcutaneous-fat layer is exposed to intensity of 60 to 150 movements per minute. Third stage is kneading involving the subcutaneous-fat layer with intensity up to 180 movements/minute. Fourth stage is sculpting involving alignment of structural deformations of tissue in the fat layer.
EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness and duration of aesthetic body correction, as well as wider range of individuals for whom it can be used.
