SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for making dry mixes with sharply-distinct mechanical properties of ingredients. It may well be used in construction, agriculture, and chemical industry. Mixer comprises frame to support horizontal container composed of discs fitted on horizontal shaft and endless belt enveloping the latter, drive, components feed branch pipe and mix discharge branch pipe. Extra mixing members are composed of screws with turns directed in opposite directions. Shafts are articulated on discs to engage with drive via planetary gearing.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mixing.
