SUBSTANCE: device contains loading and discharge devices, a frame, on which installed is a horizontal reservoir, formed by discs, fixed on shafts, and an endless belt, enveloping them, tension and drive rollers; a horizontal reservoir consists of two parts - upper and lower branches; spiral guides, which have opposite direction of turns on different sides, are located on both sides of the endless belt. Its edges are provided with overflow and discharge openings, with an inclined tray being installed in the zone of openings, mixing devices from elastic elements, located in a spiral, are fixed on shafts, traction chains are fixed to butt ends of the endless belt, and discs, drive and tension rollers are made in the form of stars, contacting with the traction chains.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the process of mixing wet and predisposed to agglutination materials.
