SUBSTANCE: invention is tended for use in chemical industry, agroindustrial complex, construction, etc. Proposed mill comprises loading/unloading device, stationary cylindrical housing accommodating vaned rotor. Said rotor is driven by motor. Breaking elements are arranged on housing inner surface. Said elements are composed of rods arranged to displace along housing axis. Lifting mechanism is used to displace said elements. Vane longitudinal section us curved with bulge directed in rotor rotational direction while vane cross-section is semicircle.

EFFECT: longer, high crushing efficiency.
