SUBSTANCE: device for mixing and grinding of particulate material comprises a loading and unloading apparatus housing disposed therein a rotor with blades having self lining pockets impingement elements, an air classifier and a device for returning unmilled material. To the top of the housing, a mixing device is connected, in which is placed the shaft with the rotary atomizer. On both sides of the disk atomizer, spiral-shaped blades with the opposite direction are installed. To supply the second component at the top of the mixing apparatus arranged pipe, and in the lateral outside of the housing - the guide cavity, the housing of the mixing device is informed through a funnel having an inner volume of the housing.

EFFECT: it is possible to obtain a homogeneous mixture of materials, whose particles differ substantially original size.
