FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dye-boarding and may be used for forming roll of cloth, film, paper or other long-length materials by peripheral method after their treatment. Proposed device comprises bearing shafts, cloth beam regulator, clamping mechanism, levers and pneumatic cylinders. First bearing shaft is arranged at 19-21° to horizontal. Bearing shafts are enveloped by rubber belt. Belt tension is adjusted by idle rollers. Clamping mechanism is equipped with levers furnished with telescopic mechanisms.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of roller in winding, stable winding density.
