FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organopolysiloxanes used in cosmetics. Disclosed is an organopolysiloxane with a poly(N-acyl alkyleneamine) segment, having a repeating link of formula , where R1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl, aralkyl or aryl group containing 1-22 carbon atoms, n equals 2 or 3, where said segment is linked to each of at least two silicon atoms of the organopolysiloxane segment which acts as the backbone chain through an alkylene group containing a heteroatom, and where the number-average molecular weight of said segment ranges from 800 to 1600, the weight ratio of the organopolysiloxane segment as the backbone chain to the poly(N-acyl alkyleneamine) segment ranges from 65/35 to 82/18 and the weight-average molecular weight of the organopolysiloxane segment as the backbone chain ranges from 10000 to 100000.
EFFECT: disclosed organopolysiloxane has high extensibility, high solubility and dispersability in water and lower alcohols, and the cosmetic obtained therefrom provides quality modelling and hair fixation.
