FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: glass wall designed for use as a wall or a partition, comprises at least two insulating double-glass panes, every of which comprises at least two glass sheets separated with a layer of gas and joined by means of at least one substantially flat intermediate element, which is fixedly coupled with one of its sides to ribs of glass sheets, besides, the double-glass panes are connected by means of fixed connection facilities, which interact with intermediate elements arranged opposite to each of the double-glass panes. Also a room in a building is described, comprising at least one above described wall.
EFFECT: optimisation of letting natural light through into building rooms to improve lighting and to ensure rigidity, strength, tightness of the structure.
