FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal pump includes housing, in which pump assembly with flow part and built-in electric motor having the shaft with rotor pressed on it and stator are arranged. Housing consists of upper, intermediate and lower parts, which are connected in detachable manner. Upper part includes annular wall with a cavity, into which stator is pressed, and power membrane solidly connected to the wall above stator. Intermediate part consists of upper and lower elements forming an oil cavity. Lower part of housing includes a flange forming an inlet neck, impeller and guide vane. Active volume of dynamic pumped liquid filling of interblade channels of impeller is provided with possibility of releasing to flow part of (4.0÷56.0)×10-7 m3/rpm of pumped liquid per revolution of impeller. Diffuser channels of guide vanes are provided with inlet and outlet mouths of various sizes, the ratio of flow passages of which is provided with flow velocity at inlet of guide vane (2.7÷8.5) m/s and by reduction of velocity of induced flow by 2.0÷3.6 times at the channel outlet. Pump is equipped with a branch pipe, which includes external jacket equipped with outlet branch pipe and enclosing the pump housing wall so that cavity is formed for cooling of housing wall with gradient of specific area of the wall per unit of power of electric motor, which corresponds to (1.8÷6.0)×10-2 m2/kW, and relative volume of branch pipe cavity, which is taken with possibility of divisible replacement of volume by (0.23÷0.9)×102 times at supply of one cubic metre of pumped liquid. Versions of pumps with various capacity of 10 to 100 m3/h and with head of 30 m have been developed.
EFFECT: creating submersible pump designs with improved hydrodynamic characteristics and efficiency; enlarging their service life and operating reliability and reducing operating power consumption in complicated hydrological pumping conditions of pulp and slurry masses.
