FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: refrigerator comprises the main body, the first block for detection of changes in environment at the refrigerator periphery, the second block for detection of changes in the internal environment of the refrigerator, a unit to control operation of a power-consuming component, by means of automatic switching, on the basis of an output signal from the first block of detection for operation with power saving, with moderation or stop of operation of a power-saving component, a memorising device to accumulate information shown by an output signal from the second block of detection. The second control unit is additionally made as capable of detecting the mode of operation with power saving, being a mode with moderation or stop of operation of the power-consuming component, according to information accumulated in a memorising device, and control of the power-consuming component so that the power-saving component operates in accordance with the determined mode. The refrigerator compressor comprises a compression chamber and a piston, reciprocally moving in the compression chamber. The piston diametre is more than a stroke, being a distance of reciprocal movement of a piston.
EFFECT: power saving in an automatic mode.
