SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises master oscillator and radiating transducer interacting with analysed object, receiving transducer, phase shifter and phase detector with its second input connected to radiating transducer input, and data processing unit. Device incorporates also element OR with its first input connected to shaft turn angle pickup, its second input connected to phase detector output, and its output connected to data processing unit input. Code disc is arranged on analysed object shaft connected to shaft turn angle pickup with its output connected to first input of element AND and first input of element AND-NO while its output is connected to frequency detector input with its output connected to data processing unit second input.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
