FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means for measuring vibrations. An ultrasonic vibration parameter meter containing a series-connected master oscillator, an emitting transducer interacting with the object under study, a receiving transducer, a phase shift unit, a phase detector, and a data processing unit. In this case, the emitting transducer is a first amplifier and an acoustic emitter, the receiving transducer is an acoustic receiver and a second amplifier, the phase shift unit is made in the form of a digital delay line, the phase detector is made in the form of an “exclusive OR” element, and the data processing unit includes a high-frequency generator, the output of which is connected to the first input of the “AND” element, which in turn is connected in series with a pulse counter, a Sinc filter and a decimator, while the second input of the “AND” element is connected to the output of the “exclusive OR” element, the output of the second amplifier connected to the input of the digital delay line through the first comparator, and the output of the master oscillator is also connected to the second input of the “exclusive OR” element through the second comparator.
EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy.
