FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may find application for measurement of parameters of angular vibrations and small angles of rotation of auger mechanisms in various machine building fields. The ultrasonic phase transducer of shaft rotation angle comprises serially connected a driving oscillator, a power amplifier, a radiating converter, an investigated object, a receiving converter, a matching amplifier, a phase detector, which serves as the first multiplication unit, the outlet of which is connected to the first inlet of the second multiplication unit, the second inlet of which is connected to a clock pulse oscillator. To the third inlet of the second multiplication unit a comparator outlet is connected, and the first inlet of the comparator via an integrator is connected to the outlet of the matching amplifier. The second inlet of the comparator is connected to a source of reference voltage. The outlet of the second multiplication unit via an analysis unit is connected to a digital-to-analogue converter. At the same time radiated and reflected ultrasonic signals are aligned along the normal line towards the plane of the auger spiral.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to measurement of minimum angular vibration oscillations of rigid rotors with a complex auger structure.
