SUBSTANCE: method of reordering of packets sent to a mobile station from a basic station, to which numbers are added that indicate sequence of packets, and shifting of packets sequence at a mobile station includes the following: a stage of sending packets from the initial basic station to the target basic station, which have not been sent to the mobile station to the sequence of service transfer, or packets, for which a response of confirmation of proper reception has not been received from a mobile station; a stage of transfer of preferably these packets from a target basic station to a mobile station, and then - transfer of packets received from a master station, to a mobile station; a stage of equipping of packets with information that indicates the fact that packets are packets with overshooting, when transmitting packets to the mobile station, which have been received from the master station with a sequence with overshooting; and a stage of selecting packets with overshooting, which are not objects of reordering, and implementation of a process of reordering for packets, which are objects of reordering.

EFFECT: provision of quick transmission of packets, which are sent from a master station to a target basic station for their sending to a mobile station.
