SUBSTANCE: from an initial basic station of handover into a mobile station data is sent to notify that in process of handover sequence completion migration of packets was carried out, if the initial basic station of handover migrates packets to the target basic station of handover, which were not sent into the mobile station, from packets received from a host station, and the target basic station of handover sends packets to a mobile station. The mobile station reorders received packets, if migration of packets was carried out.
EFFECT: reduced delay of communication and improved throughput capacity of a network in process of handover.
