SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for shaving and kits for shaving hair. Object of the invention is to provide a safe razor set with a protective element designed to hold the supporting means for shaving, with the possibility of applying it on the entire surface area of the skin. The safe razor set is provided that comprises a handle, a cartridge mounted on the handle and a pair of primary protective elements attached to the cartridge, and each of the primary protective elements includes a set of ribs that form a set of grooves between the ribs. The safe razor set also comprises one or more primary shaving blades installed in the cartridge and located the nearby the primary protective elements. Between the primary protective elements the protective element is located, retaining the supporting means for shaving. The protective element retaining the supporting means for shaving comprises a set of walls, forming a set of grooves between the protective elements, and the width of grooves between the walls of the protective element is greater than the width of the grooves between the ribs.
