SUBSTANCE: invention includes a handle and a cartridge installed on the handle. The cartridge contains a blade. The dosaging unit is positioned on the handle. The dosaging unit has a reservoir, a dosaging device having a liquid communication to the reservoir and an applicator (100) having a liquid communication to the dosaging device. The applicator includes a central aperture and a screen with a resilient front leaf. The leaf has a neutral and a front position. The resilient front leaf is parallel to the screen rear wall while in the neutral position and perpendicular to the rear wall while in the front position.
EFFECT: design simplification and increase of the device reliability and of shaving comfort.
