SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises bistable valve with valve element which, when open, allows fluid flow from the vessel. Closed valve inhibits fluid flow from the vessel. Closing element comprises means to apply pressure to valve element that retains the valve element in open position. Bistable valve gets closed when fluid follows inside the vessel to overcome pressure applied by aforesaid means. Aforesaid valve may automatically close on applying pressure to said valve element. This may occur on upturning the vessel and origination of fluid pressure on valve element.
