FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: dispensing assembly comprises valve to fill vessel with fluid, vessel being connected with valve at its bottom. Note here that said valve comprises first pickup to detect correct location of the vessel on the basis of magnet placed at vessel bottom and plunger with rod. Note here that said plunger effects selective communication of valve with vessel for fluid flowing. Solenoid is connected with the rod to displace said plunger between open position and closed position. User interface connected with said valve to allow selection of at least vessel size and dispensing mode. There are turbine driven by fluid flow from fluid source via valve and second pickup to detect turbine revolution. Dispensing valve comprises adapter including first magnetic plate for connection with plate at fluid vessel bottom and one or more holes. Note here that said adapter is tightly connected with valve body by means of first seal. Valve comprises body case tightly coupled with valve body by second seal and first pickup for detection of correct arrangement of the vessel relative to said adapter. Drive assembly is coupled with body case and includes solenoid, solenoid spring and solenoid plunger. Valve comprises valve unit tightly coupled with valve body by third seal and provided with hole for fitting intended for fluid intake from fluid source. Note here that plunger driven by the rod shifts the valve between open and closed positions. Rod is coupled with the turbine driven by fluid flowing through the valve. Valve unit comprises second pickup for detection of turbine revolution. Computer-controlled filling of vessel with fluid includes reception of data on vessel size indication of correct location of the vessel. Note also that correct location comprises coupling of valve adapter plate and plate at vessel bottom, clearing the passage for fluid flow between valve and vessel via hole at its bottom. Fluid volume in said vessel is defined proceeding from turbine rpm in the vessel and data on time and closure of fluid flow passage into vessel on the basis of the fact.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
