FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to prosthetics and prostheses construction. Artificial hand contains case, first digit, block of second and third digits, lever transmission, drive of mobility function "grip-hand opening", as well as mechanism of second digit abduction-reduction. Mechanism of second digit abduction-reduction contains microelectrodrive with screw gear, which provides possibility of reciprocating movement of nut. Said drive is immovably connected with base of digit block. Frame of second digit is made in form of double-arm lever and is hingedly installed on base of digit block. One arm of lever forms console of second digit. Second arm is made in form of fork and is kinematically connected with nut of screw gear.
EFFECT: invention increases convenience of prosthesis application due to extension of functional possibilities of device, when disabled person performs purposeful self-servicing actions, thus reducing volume of compensating actions and time for performing motor operations in prosthesis application by realisation of active function of second digit abduction-reduction.
