FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment. The plant for fire fighting with spray curtain comprises a water-supply source, a network of pipelines, the main water-feeder, in-feeding system, control and alarm system. The main water-feeder comprises a filter that is omitted in the source and is connected to the main pipeline. The in-feeding system comprises a pipeline of in-feeding of the auxiliary water-feeder and the auxiliary (automatic) water-feeder. The control and alarm system comprises a control and alarm valve and an alarm device. Each of the deluge heads comprises a housing with a channel for the supply of liquid and comprises a coaxial sleeve rigidly connected to it. The nozzle in the lower part of the sleeve is made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage sleeve. The upper stage is connected by a threaded connection to the central core. The core comprises a cylindrical part and a hollow cone coaxial with it, mounted with the annular gap relative to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve, the annular space is connected with the housing channel for the supply of liquid. In the lower part of the cone the spraying equipment is mounted with a screw. On the side surface of the cone the rows of cylindrical orifices are made having the axes lying in planes perpendicular to the axis of the cone. The orifice axes of one row are shifted relative to the orifice axes of another row to the angle in the range of 15°÷60°.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of fire extinguishing.
