SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle wheel antiskid chain tensioner. Said tensioner 60 has tensioning cable 7 to be pulled in case is secured, inside said case, to winding roller 62 with ratchet wheel 65. Winding roller is pre-stressed in direction of winding and arranged to run about its axle. Ratchet pawl 64 engaged with ratchet wheel 65 may displace toward outside in wheel rotation from disengagement position whereat it is not engaged with ratchet wheel 65 and tension cable 7 is not locked to allow engagement of pawl 64 with wheel 65 to lock tension cable against direction of its tensioning. Magnetic retainer 68 interacts with ratchet pawl to generate return force in position of ratchet pawl disengagement that counteracts displacement of pawl from disengagement position of slow rotation of wheels.
EFFECT: reliable lock, improved usability.
