FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cargo fastener. Proposed device comprises flexible and elongated fastener with first and second extreme sections that may revolve accumulating reel supporting fastener first extreme section secured thereto to wind up fastener, tensioning device to be locked and released connected to tension fastener, and common bearing structure to hold back accumulating reel and tensioning device. Said bearing structure comprises, at least, one fastener for it to be secured to external anchor device. Accumulating reel and tensioning device are spaced apart, while tensioning device allows fastener to pass there through. Note here that second free extreme section is passed through tensioning device from accumulating reel. The latter is located within the limits of the lever free outer end turn trajectory.
