SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises at least two roller device to collect film composed of, at least, one collecting roller and, at least, one support roller. Note here that said film, in collection, has its outer side staying in contact with collecting rollers and its inner side in contact with support rollers. In collection, only one support roller stays in contact with film and is located above horizontal basic surface of roller device while, after, collection, roller devices displace in direction of pulling-on. Pull-on device comprises, at least, two guides to stretch collected film in pulling on while support roller stays in contact with film inner side during, at least, stretching of film end and is located above horizontal basic surface of roller device.
