FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packaging facilities for items stacking in film in the form of cup, particularly for packing various single pieces into a package. The invention may be used for packing glass containers, bricks, ceramic items and food products and etc. deposited on pallets. Automatic facility of film manufacture for items stacking includes feeding transporters for pile displacement, roll holder, welding and cutting mechanisms, two orientating elements of the film sleeve-like materials. There is a frame in the facility, which is installed so that it can make reciprocal motions in the vertical plane. Mechanism of the above frame movement and mounted gripping devices are also available in the facility. The frame is equipped with four carriages with finger-action units ensured with grips. The carriages are located in four angle of the frame ring so that can move synchronically from the ring centre to its internal surface. The unit grip contains cylindrical pin, which is notched in the lower part. The clamping is provided with elastic material at its end.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of film, increased number of pallets with normal sizes, improved packaging quality.
