SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship fluid loading discharging systems. Device 1 serves to output data on position of at least one moving coupling of marine loading system 2. Note here that said system includes at least one pipeline for fluid transfer with one end secured to base 21 and moving end furnished with moving coupling 26 to be connected to target pipe. Note here that device comprises at least one device to output said data to be arranged on coupling or element located nearby it. Besides it comprises GPS system device to output data on absolute position of coupling in space. Note here that said device may either interact with appliance 34 to output data on position of base arranged either on base or element arranged nearby it, or output data on absolute position of coupling 26 in space. It comprises computer means to compute data on absolute position of coupling with respect to base proceeding from data on absolute position of coupling and poison of base locked in space.
