SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to LBS (service based on location of mobile telephone of user) for mobile communication device. Said technical result is achieved by means of communication means 300 for detecting emergencies fixes emergency situations using sensor and transmits corresponding information over wireless communication channel, and near field communication device 400 provides information on services, mobile communication device 100 is equipped with information on services and location information for the corresponding location, mobile communication device 100, which receives information on LBS services, calculates GPS coordinates using pseudo-random code and time information from a plurality of GPS satellites 500, and then filters said information within the coverage area using geographic coordinates for information on mobile LBS services, coming from communication means 300 for detecting emergencies and near field communication means 400, then transmits this information to user. Present invention provides that communication means 300 for detecting emergencies and near field communication device 400, along with information on services and location information, event codes are transmitted to mobile communication device 100. Based on event codes according to the present invention, information is filtered within the coverage area for information on LBS services, obtained due to activation of a module for receiving a GPS signal of a mobile communication device, after which it is transmitted to a user.

EFFECT: technical result is providing LBS-services functionality in case GPS module is in inactive state.
