FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: non-ballast track with concrete surface on bearing structure composed of separate lined segments 2 and rails 6 mounted on concrete surface. Note here that said concrete surface extends continuously to cover separate segments 2. Note also that sliding layer is arranged between concrete surface and said segments 2. Concrete surface represents a layer of concrete profile 7 reproducing shape on non-ballast track relative to curvature and bank. Note also that appliance 200 to perceive variation of position of adjacent face sides 13 of abutting segments 2 is arranged to overlap both face sides 13 and prevent influence of critical forces on concrete profile 7 but does not affect the action of sliding layer 10. Said appliance 200 comprise elastic layer to support concrete profile 7 and to cover both face surfaces 13 of segments 2. Said elastic layer is located between segments 2 and concrete profile 7 that covers both face sides 13 of segments 2 to make continuous surface.
