FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to reinforce structure foundations includes installation of a barrier along the foundation perimetre, filling of bases and erection of a foundation. The barrier is made from separate vertical elements installed with a distance between their axes sufficient to form an arc effect between them, and submerged to depth corresponding to the zone of base compression with a foundation. Base filling is carried out with a coarse-grained material, thickness of the layer and grain size of which are selected on the basis of provision of the maximum value of material friction forces along barrier elements. The foundation is erected with gaps between them and barrier elements providing for free vertical displacement of the foundation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of reinforcement of structure foundation bases on dispersed soils, reduced absolute subsidences of foundations.
